State High Court in Rumbek dismissed an accusations of missing money from the office of Governor.

State High Court in Rumbek dismissed an accusations of stealing money from government Block accounts by former Director general Mr.Dut Riak Marol.

The state high Court judge on Friday morning dismissed the case against former Director general of finance in Western Lakes State Mr.Dut Riak and asked the state authorities to return all belongings of former Director general.

Mr.Dut Riak,who was the former Director general of finance publicly taken to freedom square in Rumbek and shamed in front of public and T.V  in March.

Now,Mr Dut Riak is proven and declared innocent by the state high court.
It is not clear whether Mr.former governor John Deng Mamer who publicly shamed former Director general and dismissed him over the proven falsehood accusations will return all the properties and other personal belongings which he still keeping in his own house to Mr.Dut Riak Marol.
